If you feel you have experienced discrimination while voting, such as denial of or difficulty casting a ballot for a federal election, including access to a polling place, information in accessible formats, or ability to vote your ballot in secrecy, please download and fill out the complaint form below. The form must be notarized and returned to the North Dakota Secretary of State. The Secretary of State has 90 days from the date of submission to determine a complaint.
