These activities help parents obtain work or overcome underemployment in order to meet their obligations. The program offers employment services, GED referral and assistance with testing fees, and transportation cost assistance.In both programs, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and tailored guidance to assist individuals with these specific barriers to secure meaningful employment opportunities. Through one-on-one consultations, you will determine program eligibility and assess clients' employment needs, strengths, skills, interests, career goals, and areas for development. You will develop personalized action plans, identify barriers, offer advice, guidance on resume writing and interview preparation, direct to training opportunities, services, and other resources, and oversee progress towards attainable outcomes.This position collaborates with community partners by identifying job opportunities, presenting on resume building, job searching, career development, and offering felon friendly resources. Minimum Qualifications
