The main responsibility of the visitor service representative is to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes welcoming visitors, assisting with facility rentals, and maintaining resources at the information desk.Other responsibilities of the visitor service team include, but is not limited to: Physically greet all guests upon entering the ND Heritage Center & State Museum, welcoming them to the facility and providing direction.Remain visible and available to guests throughout the entirety of their visit, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries. The Custodian will perform custodial services for assigned buildings at the Fraine Barracks Complex in Bismarck, ND. Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list. The position of the Custodian is to assist the Custodial Supervisor in maintaining and restocking inventory supplies. As a surface water hydrologist with the North Dakota Department of Water Resources, you will have an impact on the sustainable management of surface water resources in an environment that provides many opportunities to learn using robust datasets and technology. The management of water rights requires an interdisciplinary approach of water policy, science, and data management.
