The Cass Human Service Zone Family Service Department serves to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children and families in our community. Three (3) positions are available to be filled with designated afternoon shift hours with specialization as CPS Assessment Worker or In-Home / Foster Care Case Manager depending on candidate experience, skillset and interest.Cross-training within the team may be utilized to ensure prompt response and consistency to ensure child safety in our community. Strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills are required of individuals in these positions to maintain quality delivery of services and continuity of client and case management between teams and team members on different shifts. Minimum Qualifications

As a Parole and Probation Officer, you will provide direct supervision to individuals placed on parole or probation.
