Due to the default settings in various web browsers for the support of PDF forms, the recommended web browser to view and print PDF forms is Internet Explorer 11 or later.
If you are experiencing problems viewing forms on our website and are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, either use Internet Explorer as an alternative browser or follow the steps below to change the settings for your respective browser:
Type chrome://settings/content in the address bar and press enter
Click PDF Documents towards the bottom of the page
Move the slider for Open PDFs using a different application to the right
Click the Open Menu button in the upper-right-hand corner of the webpage
Click on the Applications tab
Change the Action column for the Portable Document Format (PDF) to Use Adobe Acrobat (default)
If you are experiencing problems printing forms on our website and are using Google Chrome’s PDF viewer, try one of the solutions below:
- Use a different web browser, such as Internet Explorer;
- Print all pages of the form instead of selecting only certain pages; or
- Change the settings in Google Chrome so that the Google Chrome PDF viewer is not used (See Viewing Forms instructions above.).
